Coupon was worthless Received Coupon in mail for analysis of engine light - made appointment - all the coupon was for was to tell the code number - which is totally usele Received Coupon in mail for analysis of engine light - made appointment - all the coupon was for was to tell the code number - which is totally useless - no diagnosis of problem with cost to repair - the service employees are professional and understanding and they were not happy to have to tell me how limited the coupon really was - so I now know that I had a code 402 - big deal - what does that mean? For all the phone calls and letters and emails the dealership sends - this useless coupon really left a bad taste - after all the prior positive experiences. Enough said More
It was nice and relaxing. On Wednesday 2/3 I went to have an oil change. I was told by the Service Advisor that starting this year you need to make an appointment, but he woul On Wednesday 2/3 I went to have an oil change. I was told by the Service Advisor that starting this year you need to make an appointment, but he would check if they could fit me in. He told me that he could fit me in which was nice of him. It took about an hour and a half to finish. When they were done the advisor went over the Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection with me. He noted that they found two fluid leaks Oil and Transmission. How I have a couple of questions for you. On the inspection for Fluid levels do they check all levels and if one is low do they top in off? How I live on a fixed income so I have to watch were I spent by money, and I think a lot of your customers are in the same way. Recommend for better service, if there is an oil leak found. Why not check and record the oil level before you change it. This way it will give the customer an idea how bad the leak is since there last oil change. I also have a question about the transmission fluid leak. If they saw a leak why did they not check the level of transmission fluid to get an idea of how bad the leak is for your customer? hope it doesn't happen again as i usually do, i scheduled an oil change for a day last january. i also had a problem with my hood latch. i did not know that there was a recall. as i usually do, i scheduled an oil change for a day last january. i also had a problem with my hood latch. i did not know that there was a recall. nissan did not inform me. before i begin my review, let me say that all personnel who i deal with are always courteous, competent and friendly. when i arrived for my oil change i informed the tech that my hood latch was in need of repair. that is when i was informed that a recall was in progress. he told me that he would order the part. i said that since that were the case, let's schedule another date for the oil change and the latch. he agreed and we set up another date for late january. the day before, i received a call confirming and reminding me of the appointment. i assumed that all would be done on the next day. i arrived to be informed that the hood latch was not in but were coming in the following morning. since this was a recall i wondered why an ample supply did not exist!! but i digress. i returned the following morning and the job was done. my complaint is why did i receive a call to remind me to come in when the service could not be completed!! i wasted two trips and time before on the third trip the job was done. communication between departments is obviously lacking. More
