Friendly , trustworthy sevice I have been going to Harbor Nissan for many years, and I still visit them, even though I do not currently own a Nissan vehicle. Routine Service Turned into Nightmare First, I would like to say something positive. Check-in personnel at Harbor Nissan were very personable. However, we took our Altima in for a routine First, I would like to say something positive. Check-in personnel at Harbor Nissan were very personable. However, we took our Altima in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. We were told it had a "latch" recall and they would take care of it while the car was there (Friday, February 5th). Techs did not reset our oil change and tire rotation software so it still kept saying we needed an oil change and tire rotation (first complaint). On Monday, February 8th, we tried to open our hood and found we could not open it. So, this meant an unexpected trip back to Harbor Nissan. Once there, they tried to open our hood to no avail. To make a long story short, they had to remove the front tires, take off the grill, etc. to finally be able to get the hood unlatched and open. They told us it was a "faulty" latch, but we believe the tech didn't attach the cable properly (our opinion). We had to wait three hours while our car was being repaired. We were on vacation and leaving the next day to return home. Needless to say, we were very unhappy with Harbor Nissan. More
Team NISSAN is AWSOME!!! I purchased 3 cars from Harbor Nissan in 2015 and they treat you like you are the most important person on the planet. I have had dealings with Palm, I purchased 3 cars from Harbor Nissan in 2015 and they treat you like you are the most important person on the planet. I have had dealings with Palm, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Cadillac and many others. Nissan just blows them all away. They really work as a team and they bend over backwards for you well after the sale is over; that is actually when the real service begins. If you need insurance and you do need insurance, Kaitlin has you covered. She has umbrella policies from home, cars, boats etc., you need it she has got it covered.
