They forgot about me I was quoted an hour to "a little over an hour" by Mike, so we decided to walk down the road to get someone to eat. we came back a little past an hour I was quoted an hour to "a little over an hour" by Mike, so we decided to walk down the road to get someone to eat. we came back a little past an hour and I saw my truck in the service bay, raised up being worked on. About 10 mins later I went and looked into the service bay to see if they were still working on the truck, and they were actually lowering it to the ground, and I watched them drive the truck out of the bay. I went and sat down and I gave it 25 more minutes before the person I was will told me I need to go ask what is taking so long. We walked up to the counter, and asked Mike what the ETA is and he said he would find out in just a minute. After a few minutes went Jon asked the Mike if he wanted him to go check on the truck. Mike said no. A few more minutes went by and Jon asked someone to go check on my truck. He was told they already brought it around. Jon then proceeded to give me my paper work and told me to have a good day. I asked him for the keys to the truck to which he said, "Oh you don't have them already?" I told him, "No, I don't even know where the truck is. Are they going to pull it around?" He then had someone go find my keys and walk me to my truck. (I don't fault Jon at all. He was a nice guy and he was just trying to help Mike.) The guy that took me to my truck, didn't even know where it was. I found it myself. My appointment was at 10. I was quoted an hour to a little over an hour and we didn't leave until 11:47. Almost two hours for an oil change, WITH an appointment, because someone forgot to let me know my truck was done. I will have to seriously rethink driving 40 mins from Cape Coral to get my truck serviced here. Not worth the gas. Speaking of gas, I was promised a $25 gift card for going up to just test drive a car. I bought my truck that day. Never received my gift card. Way to go Nissan. More
