Very polite, willing to help All service personnel was very polite. They are always welcoming quick to take care of you. The only concern I had this passed time was the length of time. It took 1 hr and 45 min to change oil and I had an appt. A lady next to me voiced it took 2 hours to change the passenger visor. Maybe it was an overloaded day it doesn't usually take that long. All were very pleasant though. More
