My first negative experience at Harbor Nissan in many years! I have taken my care to your facility for years and always had wonderful experience. This was not the case recently. Not only did it take multiple t I have taken my care to your facility for years and always had wonderful experience. This was not the case recently. Not only did it take multiple times for me to call in and get an appointment....I was put on hold, transfered to random voice mails, and passed all over the place. I finally made an appointment for what was supposed to be a quick headlight bulb replacement. I had just had the passenger side bulb replaced few months ago, and it was now out again. I had gotten pulled over for it. I was told it would be a quick procedure. When I arrived (on time), I was told it would be an hour or maybe more. I was mortified. Why on earth to you make appointments if you cannot fulfull them. Especially for something as small as this, that was most likely the fault of Nissan in the first place. I would have thought I would have been more of a priority because of that. They could have had someone come out right in the drop off bay and pop it right in. My car does not need the removal of a bumper to do so, only insertion behind the light under the hood. I was told paperwork takes time, they have to analyze what may be wrong, etc. etc. It was a load of crap. It was a bulb, people. One that was faulty in the first place on your end. I did not feel that I got the normal, great customer service that I had received in the past. Where was Travis? I do not like the new way you are doing things now, or the new people in service. It is much harder to make an appointment, and much harder to get the service I have come to expect. I could not stay that long for something so trivial, as I had a busy day. I was told on the phone it would be quick in and out, and it was the complete opposite. Noone did or said anything to me to make the situation better. I ended up leaving without having the bulb replaced by you. Took it someplace else, where they handled it as it should have been handled..quick and easy. I may be reconsidering our loyalty to your facility from now on...especially with the new and (in my opinion) unlikeable changes that have been recently enforced. Change things to the way they were before, and I guarantee you won't lose long- time and loyal customers. More

The service department were very helpful and professional. On March 27 as we were crossing Charlotte Harbor bridge, we had a blowout on our 2015 Nissan. The next day we took it in to get it fixed. The servic On March 27 as we were crossing Charlotte Harbor bridge, we had a blowout on our 2015 Nissan. The next day we took it in to get it fixed. The service was great as always. They gave us a new tire with no charge. Very happy with everyone at Harbor Nissan. More
