Giving run around I purchased a vehicle from the Automart back in June from the minute I got the vehicle I started having problems some of the issues were covered unde I purchased a vehicle from the Automart back in June from the minute I got the vehicle I started having problems some of the issues were covered under warranty other issues have still not been resolved because they couldn't be proven ... After given a job opportunity I left the state of Florida to move to Maryland.. they do state inspections here my car did not pass ( mind you I asked the guys before I left Florida when they gave it an oil change and did some work to it ...to thoroughly check and make sure that this vehicle was safe )because it needs to CV axels, which should be covered under warranty upon calling down to Nissan and asking for the approval mr. Cameron bird after 2 days denied it, claiming that ..nothing was wrong with the axles before I left and it couldn't be proven. He stated that the issue must've happened while I was driving from Florida to Maryland a 600 mile drive (anybody that knows anything about cars knows that those axle should be good for 70,000 miles) I have not put 70,000 miles on the vehicle so apparently they weren't changed before I purchase the vehicle and I got this information of denial from Travis because Mr. Bird himself couldn't have the decency to call me and tell me and I've asked several times to speak to Mr. Bird and I have left him several messages, all have gone unreturned..The sales people and the service people that I have worked with are very kind and friendly and they do the best they can the management however well I'm not pleased! what's going on with my vehicle should have been covered under warranty and if they honor their customers they would've paid to fix it because there's no way in 600 miles that they got that badly worn.. My review is the people are nice and friendly.. the used vehicles however be weary don't just take their word for it have somebody else check it before you buy...because if you leave the state to go somewhere else you might run into a problem.. I'm finding out more things now that I'm up here that's wrong with this vehicle that I didn't know before such as my heater doesn't work properly ..didn't know that living in Florida didn't need it.. this is my first and last Nissan! Although I appreciate their friendliness and their kindness they for me just do not have a good quality vehicle! I can see Nissan's one of those by new and after seven years get rid of it kind of cars.. So I'm not disgruntle I don't hold any ill feelings but I will not buy another Nissan after what I've gone through with this one! More

Good job This was the first time we had used Harbor Nissan since we started spending winters in the area. We scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation. We are been a Nissan/Infinity family for a long time and Harbor Nissan compared very favorably with the other Nissan dealers we have used for servicing. We did have to wait longer than I expected, but I think it was just one of those hectic days for them and they more than made up for the wait. More
