Excellent Service Center Brought my Altima in because of a recall notice. The service staff is extremely accommodating, very knowledgeable & seem to be happy, friendly people. Your waiting area is comfortable & you have all the necessities covered for people waiting for their cars. Oil change, recall, leak I scheduled for an early morning oil change, but more services were needed. Great Service and Nice People I had made an appointment for service and my car was taken in at the exact time. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hoiurs and the car was ready in I had made an appointment for service and my car was taken in at the exact time. Collision While having my vehicle serviced for an oil change.... my vehicle collided with another. The service guy was pulling my vehicle out of the bay while While having my vehicle serviced for an oil change.... my vehicle collided with another. The service guy was pulling my vehicle out of the bay while two other men were manually pushing a car in and the vehicles collided causing damage to both doors on the drivers side. I watched the entire thing happen through the windows. The service director then approached me, in a rude manner, saying that it wasn't that big of a deal and from far away the damage just looked like dirt. Scott (service advisor) was great in the ordeal but all others were not. More
