No Options to Rectify Their Mistake I had an appointment for a recall to be fixed. I showed up 15 minutes early to be told that what was initially quoted an hour would take 3 hours at b I had an appointment for a recall to be fixed. I showed up 15 minutes early to be told that what was initially quoted an hour would take 3 hours at best because the computer triple booked appointments. I waited for 1.5 hours and then had to get my daughter from school. They refused to offer any options besides rescheduling the appointment. I requested a loaner to drive to get my daughter and return so that they could fix the recall. They refused. As a customer I feel I should be given more than one option to rectify a mistake. More

Four Stars with room for improvement Thursday 23 June 2016 my car - 2007 Nissan Murano - was serviced for an annual check up. On arriving all personnel were courteous, friendly without be Thursday 23 June 2016 my car - 2007 Nissan Murano - was serviced for an annual check up. On arriving all personnel were courteous, friendly without being condescending, and informative. Joe was my service rep. He asked questions about my car and what I wanted done. While I was in the waiting area I spoke at length with 3 other people who were also having their cars serviced. Since this was my first visit to Harbor Nissan I was curious about the opinion of the facility held by others. All spoke positively about their experiences with Harbor Nissan. Joe came out to let me know they had done all the things we had discussed. He shared with me there were some other items that were on "the should be considered" list. Since I believe in preventive maintenance, I asked for those tasked to be completed. When Joe came out again he was again courteous, etc. After paying for the service as I was leaving the service area Joe held the door open for me. Very nice touch. My car was ready to go. When I entered the car my driver's seat position had been moved and not returned to "my" position. OK, I can live with that - it takes only the push of a button to correct that. The A/C was set to 60 degrees constant full force. Not good. I reset the A/C controls to 75 degrees Automatic and off I went. So, overall it was a pleasant experience. I cannot address the workmanship as I am not a mechanic. The car operates. What kept this Service Department off the 5 Star rating were the "little things.' Those small usually overlooked tasks - returning the seat position to "my" position and returning the A/C to 75 degrees Auto. BTW, what were they doing inside the car for so long that they had time/need to change the A/C setting? Remember I am not a mechanic. Just asking. Would I recommend Harbor Nissan to others? Yes. What are my suggestions for Harbor Nissan Service Department? Pay attention to the little things. Do any of you remember "For want of a nail, the shoe was lost. For want of a shoe, the horse was lost. For want of a horse, the battle was lost?" Just saying. While scrolling down this rating inquiry I noticed your "Rate this service center" section. I cannot address the quality of work nor price as I am not a mechanic nor did I do a cost comparison review. Will I bring my car back to this service center? Yes. More
i am not happy I received an email stating I refused a service my vehicle needed, then I received a voicemail stating the same thing. I called several times and left 1 voicemail for the service manager to please call me back, still no call and it has been over a day. Needless to say I am NOT happy! More

They were all personable, knowledgeable and professional. Tom Hines an a true asset in the financing department answering all of my question and explaining what I needed to know.
