service keeps getting worse!! I have been a customer for a couple years now. I was attracted to the oil change for life of vehicle offer. This now marks the 4th time I have been in I have been a customer for a couple years now. I was attracted to the oil change for life of vehicle offer. This now marks the 4th time I have been in made an appointment and spent well over a total now of 2 hours once 3 hours twice even as bad as 4 hours. I was supposed to have a complimentary vehicle wash this past time and I would not even stay for that. I have decided that it will be better for me in the future to simply go elsewhere and pay to have my vehicle lube work done as I can be in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is very disappointing and as a result I will not return to purchase a 3rd vehicle as I have now learned my lesson with purchasing my 2nd one. More
Service I had an issue with my new Frontier and brought it back to Harbor for repairs. They where great to work with and with several issue's (Not the Dealer I had an issue with my new Frontier and brought it back to Harbor for repairs. Excellent as always Always friendly staff, waiting area is clean and refreshments are provided. Wish they still had the child playroom but otherwise it's a great place. Sevice tech steals money from vehicle I made an appointment to get the oil changed, tires rotated and a wash. It took 2 hours and 15 mies ns to complete this job. The customer service was I made an appointment to get the oil changed, tires rotated and a wash. It took 2 hours and 15 mies ns to complete this job. The customer service was very friendly. I paid my bill and was leaving with a good experience until I got in my truck and realized that money was stolen from my cup holder. I reported this to the customer service, but of course no one would confess that they stole the money. I showed them the before pictures. I take pictures of the vehicle for legal issues before bringing it in for service. When I got home I check the truck over and also found my adapter that plugs in the truck for my phone and computer was also missing. I don't know if i'll be back again. Its terrible while i'm paying my bill someone is robbing me at the same time. More

Poor customer interface My husband and I have been customers of Harbor Nissan for several years - having purchased or leased four cars/SUV's since 2010 or so... We have a Ro My husband and I have been customers of Harbor Nissan for several years - having purchased or leased four cars/SUV's since 2010 or so... We have a Rogue and Altima and received a recall notice earlier this month. I called to schedule an appointment for the service and had two times at 8:00 and 8:30. A few days prior to the appointment, my husband called to re-schedule his Altima and was informed that there was only an appointment for the Rogue... What happened to the second appointment??? I took the Rogue into the dealership for the scheduled repairs at which time I was told that it should take 30-60 minutes... Two hours later - not having any contact with the Service Department, I went to the Service Desk and was told that they were "almost ready." Another hour passed and again I went to the Service Desk to be told that they somehow missed letting me know that my SUV was ready. I have to question just how long I would have been sitting there if I hadn't gone to the Desk a second time. When this lease is up, I think we will have to look hard at our next vehicle. Tony is a favorite of mine being he's on top and helps his con workers when in need and gets the flow moving. Tony has great skills in service and handling needs of his customers. If something is missed then he gets right on it and this has happen to me a few times like a car wash, Vacumme or a Oil change sticker for my next time of service and so forth. This is why I chosen Nissan for my last car (Versa and then my next one Versa 2015 Se). Thank youfor everyone's hard work in all department. This is why Nissan can't b beat and have chosen you over other competitors. More

Quick oil change I had an appointment for an oil change and I arrived about 15 minutes early.
