Maintenance/Customer Service I brought my car in for a oil change and rotation of my tires. My appointment was for 7:15 am. I arrived at 7:00 am and Scott Zimmerman waited on me r I brought my car in for a oil change and rotation of my tires. My appointment was for 7:15 am. I arrived at 7:00 am and Scott Zimmerman waited on me right away. When my car was being checked over, they found that I needed some other maintenance. Scott explained everything to me in great detail and about how much this would cost. I agreed to have all the maintenance completed. I then needed a ride and I had to be at my destination by 8:30 am. The gentleman that would of brought over was over 45 minutes away. Scott then requested another co-worker to take me to my destination and it happened. Scott called me when I could pick up my car and sent a driver over to pick me up. I feel that Scott gave my excellent customer service. His service goes above and beyond. More
Need to learn how to read. I had gone in to have my oil changed. I had stated when I arrived and during my phone call to make the appt. That I didn't want a certain tech to work I had gone in to have my oil changed. I had stated when I arrived and during my phone call to make the appt. That I didn't want a certain tech to work on my vehicle and I also didn't want them to touch my washer fluid. First thing, the tech I didn't want was the one who was going to work on my vehicle. I went to Scott who had already realized the problem and was correcting it. Well the new tech who was working on my vehicle didn't read on the RO which had stated don't touch the washer fluid and she proceed to add water to my washer fluid. I got up and went to Scott about this since we had already discuss this and I made them drain my washer fluid. Especially since I use Rain-X bug remover as my fluid. Travis the service manager got involved so I ended up getting my tire rotation on the house. But it shouldn't have to end like that especially since it was noted about not touching my fluid. This is the 2nd time I've gone in for my oil change since I had brought my brand new car. It happened the first time too. At least this time there was no oil left on my engine. More
Harbor Nissan a very good company I took in my car to have a seat belt problem rectified. There was staff on hand to greet me as I entered the service department.
