Understanding When I called about our battery going dead only owning a brand new car for less than one year they said get it started and bring it in. As soon as we When I called about our battery going dead only owning a brand new car for less than one year they said get it started and bring it in. As soon as we got there they greeted us and we explained our problem. They also let us know they were running a little behind due to absent technicians. When car went back they had to replace battery and they did a test on alternator to make sure that was good as well. Battery and service was covered under warranty and we were thankful for that considering we are going through some hard times right now. I do not remember who our service advisor was but he was very caring and understanding. He reminded me of my dad. More

fantastic service I had a battery develop a dead cell on 7-24 so on Monday morning I call them @07:00 to see when I can get in for warranty service and they told me to I had a battery develop a dead cell on 7-24 so on Monday morning I call them @07:00 to see when I can get in for warranty service and they told me to come whenever I wanted and they would get me serviced ASAP because they realized when you have a dead battery your are in a real jam. I got there about 8:30 and they took me right in and changed my battery under warranty and I was out & gone by 9:45.They were fantastic at every level and very professional. More
