Harbor Nissan: Courteous, Professional, Reliable We purchased our Murano at Harbor Nissan in 2012. Recently, it was time for another periodic inspection. Scott was there at the maintenance counter We purchased our Murano at Harbor Nissan in 2012. Recently, it was time for another periodic inspection. Scott was there at the maintenance counter to welcome and assist me, and he made several great suggestions that would reduce costs. The expected time for this inspection was approx 1.5 hours, so I waited around in the lobby. To my surprise, about an hour later, Scott approached me and stated they finished the maintenance and inspection. He explained in detail what the technician accomplished, and that we are in good shape for our long road trip north. Like all the employees I've met at Harbor, I find them knowledgeable and efficient, and it leaves me with great comfort knowing they care. Thanks again Scott. More

Port Charlotte Center review. Unfortunately, I do not have a good view of the service advisors or leadership at the Port Charlotte location. I was recommended to perform service th Unfortunately, I do not have a good view of the service advisors or leadership at the Port Charlotte location. I was recommended to perform service that was done already in the past to be performed again. The system did not alert the service advisor nor did they take the time to look at my history to see what was done in the past. Therefore, the service was performed again for something that was in warranty. I made the manager aware of the issue. Its been a week and I have not heard from management and my credit card has not been credited the service fee. Now it makes me wonder and question past work that was done on my vehicle if it was valid work performed. More

Everything they were going to do was clearly explained. The waiting area was nicely furnished with TV, coffee, water, magazines, newspapers and toys for children. My only criticism was the length of time I had to wait. It was a full hour and a half. More
