Poor Service I scheduled an appointment for 08/11/16 @ 1:45 , when I scheduled with either Brittney or Brandi they told me my appointment was only going to be an h I scheduled an appointment for 08/11/16 @ 1:45 , when I scheduled with either Brittney or Brandi they told me my appointment was only going to be an hour I arrived @ 1:30, and my car sat in the lot until 3pm, then when I kept asking what was taken so long the guy was rude and told me I just a hold time not an appointment which is not true i had 2 emails confirming it was an appointment , then I asked to speak to the service manager and all he did was make excuses, so then I asked to speak tot he service director and all she did was do the same thing make excuses, then i wanted to speak to the general manager and that has yet to be desired More

Worst customer service ever. Brought car in for 4 new tires,that I had a we owe, from a week earlier when I bought the car. I bought the car on sunday 07/24/16 was told Monday whe Brought car in for 4 new tires,that I had a we owe, from a week earlier when I bought the car. I bought the car on sunday 07/24/16 was told Monday when i called,tires were ordered. Called back on wednesday, was told tires on order by salesman. Then received a call from service advisor, on Thursday,told they did not have tires size to order tires. That i needed to go get size so they could order them. So i was lied to for 5 days. Was called and told on Tuesday 08/02/16,that my tires were in and i could drop off my car. I was told that i was supposed to get a rental car, full tank of gas in my car, check engine light diagnosed and fixed,and a complete detail as compinsation for all the problems I was having with car. Car came back next day dirtier then I dropped it off. All they did was spray my tires to make them shine and spill something sticky on my shifter handle, brake dust all over the tires, and supposedly replace an o2 sensor. Less than one week later and check engine light is back on. O2 sensor again. Have been dealing with both service and sales departments. Always get told by one we will get this or that done, talk to other department and they say I know nothing about that. Always passing the buck onto the other department. Really starting to hate my new car. Will never do business with them again. More

A waste of time According to my dashboard, problem still not fixed after second attempt with same problem. A safety recall that I mentioned to them before recall. Good helpful team Twice in. First for oil change, second for recall of seat belt. Problem not fixed & now have to go back for them to redo. Not pleased to have to ret Twice in. They had said with car wash it would take 1.5 hours. When it was over 2 hours, I had to call them to find out when it would be done. When they washed my car, they did not vacuum it. Will ask if that should have been done. More
Worst customer service and Disrespectful business ever Harbor Nissan caused damages to my family vehicle during a complimentary car wash. They at first attempted to fix by detailing, then wet sanding, and Harbor Nissan caused damages to my family vehicle during a complimentary car wash. They at first attempted to fix by detailing, then wet sanding, and then had our vehicle for a week while getting paint job estimates. They wanted me to pay 70% for the paint job they were 100% responsible for. I refused to agree to these terms, and we came up with an agreement that they would detail and give us a rental upon request for the life of the vehicle as long as we owned it.. They honored this agreement one time. The second time we attempted suddenly all paperwork was missing from their system and most involved were replaced by other supervisors(huge cover-up absorbing to one of their own) they told us they will do nothing for us. The Media got involved and suddenly Harbor seemed like they wanted to make things right. But the reality was they did nothing. They were so mad at us they changed my wife's e-mail to something very inappropriate (dealerrater will not allow me to put the actual address due to its inappropriate language) and very disrespectful and Unprofessional could you be. Chris Freeland (owner/president) was the worst of all however at this point he was willing to follow through with the original agreement but was yelling at me and talking down to me like I was a child. He yelled "I better cut this stuff out ( but he used different language) and told me I could not talk (if he speaks to his customers this way I can only imagine how he talks to his children and employees) I told him we no longer trust them with our vehicles and advised him I will see him in court. Tom Bishop (gm) and both Jim and Maureen Gardner were all very misleading and deceitful. Maureen Gardner was the one who said it looks like a cover-up. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Venice Nissan has been great and appoligzed for Harbor. Yeah I know, pretty sad. I am not going away and this is just the beginning of my campaign. See Ripoffreport.com for further info. I will do everything I can to take business away from these horrible bullies. Adds to follow for the next year in the charlotte sun paper. Their own G.M. Tom Bishop doesn't even drive a Nissan, way to support your product tom. See you around as long as I'm around. The people of this community will hear about this and you will loose at least a few customers over you horrible dealership.
