Door handle repair My drivers side door handle the inside one came lose and did not work I went to the dealer and asked if it could be repaired and was told that if the My drivers side door handle the inside one came lose and did not work I went to the dealer and asked if it could be repaired and was told that if the had the parts plus the cost to install it. The service tech checked to see if they had the parts and came back to me to tell me that they had them and I said to install them because the only way to open thee door was to lower the window and open the door from the outside handle. When the work was completed the tech told me the bill was $125.13 which I paid with m visa credit card which was rejected and when given a second card it was rejected and was told to contact my card company which they told me that it was blocked because the machine at the dealer was not working correctly the lady at the desk took the card up stairs to the credit office and guess what the card worked their machine was broken. The thing really that has set me off is two fold first the cost of the part was $17.10 and the labor was $100.00 I think that It is excessive for the time and amount of work to complete the job. Second when getting into my car the drivers seat was pulled about as far forward as you can get,then when starting the car the radio was cranked up way beyond what it had been on then after driving for a while my wife asked what the air was set on looking at the led display I noticed that it had been lowered by SIX degrees from what it had been set on before it was taken into the shop.I have used this location before with out problems this time I am not a happy camper. More

Avoid Harbor Nissan for service This was my second visit to Harbor Nissan where I was treated like a second class citizen. Their sign says that they value my time, but they took alm This was my second visit to Harbor Nissan where I was treated like a second class citizen. Their sign says that they value my time, but they took almost 3 hours for a simple oil change, despite having an appointment. When I bought my car, I allowed Harbor Nissan to apply their logo to the rear window of my car in exchange for free oil changes for life. Being placed on ignore for 3 hours by their service representative is not worth it. I would rather pay someone for this service; I have already removed the dealer name from my rear window. I will NOT return to this dealer for service. More

He got everything straightened out and back on track. The service center was extremely backed up due to the volume of customers; so my wait was very long. The staff did everything they could to make me feel welcome and important during my time there. Overall, the experience was a positive one thanks to incredible people that put customer satisfaction at top priority! More
