Poor follow through service on new car purchase I brought the car in after 2 months of purchasing it new, the front fender/bumper was raised. The service department blamed me and denied warranted service. It’s going be a long 4-5 years searching for a reputable service department to service this car. I should have bought a Ford or a Chevy. I love the local Ford service center! It would’ve been a simple fix, the car had been on the lot and driven months before I had purchased it, but it’s my fault? You would think Nissan would keep a customer happy as obviously, I will need to go somewhere for service the next 4-5 years. More

Always a good experience. They fit me in the same day and even though they were running behind, still got my vehicle back quick, only an 1 1/2hrs. Also, got a free carwash. Battery emergency Our battery quit as they do I Florida. The battery plainly says 24 month replacement so we went to Harbor Nissan where bought the car. They were very Our battery quit as they do I Florida. The battery plainly says 24 month replacement so we went to Harbor Nissan where bought the car. They were very accommodating and got us in quickly. They confirmed the battery was bad replaced it. Unfortunately they would not honor the warranty on the battery because we did not buy it, it came with the car when we bought it from Harbor Nissan and they said the warranty was not transferable. Disappointed that this technicality cost me $160, I think Nissan should stand behind their parts. More
