Appointment time not met. Appointment time was not honored, waited over an hour before saying anything and they got to it after I questioned them. Tire inspection failed to reveal extreme wear on rear left tire that could have been a big problem. I also had to remind them that they didn't put a new sticker for the next oil change. We will give them another chance because they are the closest Nissan dealer but I did not leave there very happy. More

Service experience Techs were able to diagnose a noise problem in my car . It took a few days but l was always kept up to date. I was given a top of the line rental. Exceptional service, terrible advisor I have been coming to Harbor Nissan for years. Never once have I had any problems with the mechanics or the staff at the dealership. Everyone is sup I have been coming to Harbor Nissan for years. Never once have I had any problems with the mechanics or the staff at the dealership. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth, and understanding. In the past, I mostly dealt with Travis but I was told he is no longer with Harbor Nissan, which is a shame. He is one of the main reasons I kept coming back. But this time I dealt with Scott Zimmerman as a service advisor. He was great at the beginning, really taking his time to explain things to me. When I went to go pick up my car, however, it was a completely different story. He told me my car would be ready before lunch. By 1 PM when I had not heard from him, I called. I had people waiting to drive me to the dealership and they had to return to work. He said to give him 15 minutes or so and I could come in to pick up my car. About 2:15, I walked into the service center. It was busy and Scott was tied up with another customer, but I was offered help from another service advisor. Scott jumped in and said no, that the other service advisor could not help me because the paperwork wasn't ready. I was asked to wait in the waiting room, where I sat for approximately 30 minutes. The other service advisors were busy, but not with customers. Why someone couldn't have helped Scott is beyond me. One guy was just sitting there eating crackers. After 30 minutes, I went to go check on what was going on and finally Scott had started with my paperwork. I expressed my dissatisfaction with having to sit there all this time for something that was supposed to be done well over an hour prior, and that I had people waiting for me that had to get back to work. At that point, Scott informed me that he took a few small charges off my bill for the work Nissan had done, but he was happy to add those back if I 'felt uncomfortable.' I honestly took this as a threat. It was said in a kind voice, but the intonation was that if I didn't like waiting, I could just pay more. It really did not sit well with me. I said no, that was fine, I was okay with him taking the $20ish dollars off my $700 bill. Then he walked me to the cashier and within 10 minutes I was out the door. It is hard to find an honest, decent mechanic out there. I would absolutely recommend Harbor to people looking for fair, honest work at a fair, honest price. The work performed on my vehicle is perfect - zero complaints about the actual work on the car. The problem is fixed, and I am confident it is done well. The interaction with the cashier was great - she is a super nice lady. I believe her name was Heidi or Holly. The guy who brought my car up to the door, whose name I did not catch, was really sweet too, pulling it in so that I didn't have to get wet in the rain. Overall, I do really like Harbor and I am sure I will service my car there again, but I won't work with Scott. Find Travis and bring him back! He was gold. More

Oil leaked all over the A friend of mine recently had their vehicle serviced at Harbor Nissan (I recommended) and they forgot to tighten a drain plug! Oil leaked all over the driveway. My experience the employees were extremely unprofessional. I had an oil voucher and was told they could no longer honor them unless I had a dealership sticker. However they did dicount my service but was charged almost $30 for an air filter. They also like to add air instead of nitrogen on vehicles that have nitrogen in the tires. I am going to another dealer for service unless substantial changes are made. I can name employees ppl but would only if I was left anonymous. More

He told me it would take a little more time than just one, I sat in the waiting room and eventually they got it all done and I was on my way.
