Good experience as always Went in for routine service and they found a few issues with my vehicle. Awful So I took my leased 2015 rogue in for oil change and to fix driver side window that was making clang noise while rolling up and down. The noise is go So I took my leased 2015 rogue in for oil change and to fix driver side window that was making clang noise while rolling up and down. The noise is gone fine but my auto touch up isn't working. They marked on the sheet they checked tire pressure but the didn't. They are still under inflated. Even after the vehicle needing to be towed back up because they left the oil cap off and oil was everywhere but in the engine. The director of service was very apologetic and insisted it was not how they do business. They even brought my car back to me. However, they send a filthy smelly mechanic to drive my car back to me so there was grease all over my tan leather. Not his fault, he was working on cars all day. Of course he will be nasty. A manager should have drove it. Oh Well. I dont recommend this place and as soon as my lease is up I will be going elsewhere. More
