Great to work with I purchased a 2013 Kia Sportage and there were quite a few things wrong with the vehicle. Not only did I get a wonderful price on the vehicle but they I purchased a 2013 Kia Sportage and there were quite a few things wrong with the vehicle. Not only did I get a wonderful price on the vehicle but they agreed to fix the concerns I had with the vehicle. They replaced the stereo system to get the navigation in the vehicle working again and while doing that they discovered the vehicle was not originally equipped with a rear view camera. The vehicle was sold to me under the impression that there was a backup camera and they honored that and had a rear view camera specially ordered and installed in my vehicle. The only reason I gave four stars was because of communication during the process of having my vehicle repaired. The first time I dropped my vehicle off the parts had to be ordered and took some time. I went a few days without a vehicle before I was told it would take some time I picked it up and returned it a second time to be repaired. When I picked up the vehicle for the second time, they had forgotten to replace the broken door handle and had also forgotten to order the part. It was ordered but I did have to wait over a week and being the vehicle back for a third time to have it fixed at which time the rear view camera had to be approved and they had my vehicle for another 2 weeks before it was completed. Although inconvenient and a little disorganized I am still happy with my service and the overall outcome. More

Keep working on it,ill have until 1pm before I have to leave for an app.went for a walkcame back around 1230 and my truck just came out of garage. I thought the car should have been checked more thoroughly before being turned over to me, such as is routinely done when a car comes in for an oil change. More
