In fact we will NEVER service , repair, purchase or recommend your dealership. Your false advertising is criminal - might want to change your Facebook commercial advertising free oil changes for life before you get sued. If there is a class action suit we are in. On top of that they change the inventive program of NO MORE FREE oil change. They called the day before to confirm the appointment but never mention this! Very upset I purchased a new 2017 Nissan titan xd truck earlier this year. When i purchased the vehicle i was told over and over that my oil changes were includ I purchased a new 2017 Nissan titan xd truck earlier this year. When i purchased the vehicle i was told over and over that my oil changes were included since i purchased the truck from harbor Nissan. Today i take my truck to get my complimentary oil change only to be told no and that it will be a $400 charge if i want the oil to be changed. I spoke with the manager Steve regarding the issue just to be told that there was nothing he could do for me. I am very upset comsidering i was sold something that was basically a lie. Not planning on doing future bussiness with harbor nissan at this point. Expessialy consisering they wouldnt even do one oil change.when we were told we would get free oil . More
Auto service review I was pleased and satisfied with the service on my 2015 Altima. Harbor Nissan changed my oil and filter and checked the fluids and rotated the tires a I was pleased and satisfied with the service on my 2015 Altima. Harbor Nissan changed my oil and filter and checked the fluids and rotated the tires and balanced the two front tires. It took about an hour which seemed reasonable. All is well that ends well. More

My car was vacuumed out and washed which has never been an option before and she was so kind to take me to my car after it was done being serviced in an area that was not congested and crowded from other clients coming in and out with their vehicles. Car wash resulted in damaged running board on drivers side and the wheels were not even wet let alone clean. Dealer rep that spoke to us about the damage was belligerent and unhelpful.
