We are so sorry that the benefits of the new VIP Plus Program were not explained to you prior to your visit to the dealership. We did send out several emails on the discount program and have attempted to make sure all customers know before stepping foot in the dealership so they are fully aware of the new discounts. Hello, Jeanne. It doesn't sound like I have all the information to be able to accurately respond to this. Since you purchased your car with us, even if it is not a Nissan you still receive the discounts associated with the VIP Plus program as long as you have the Harbor Nissan sticker on your car. Did you possibly get additional services that would raise the price from $18.95 to nearly $40? We would like to have the opportunity to go over this as well as the benefits you now qualify for. Our Owner Loyalty Manager will be reaching out to you to find out more about your concerns.
