Hard to get help Not too friendly when dropping off car. Was told car would be ready in a little over an hour; 4 hours later I called to see if car was ready and it t Not too friendly when dropping off car. Had to call 5 times before someone finally was able to get me an answer. Then I had to walk to far back of lot to pick up my car using panic button on fab to know where my car was. More
Shouldn't a dealership do whatever it can to keep a customer I purchased a demo that the owner of Harbor Nissan was driving at the time. It had over 4000 miles on it and I would think that as the only registered I purchased a demo that the owner of Harbor Nissan was driving at the time. It had over 4000 miles on it and I would think that as the only registered owner, I would get the full 36,000 mile warranty. At 37,000 miles (of which I drove 33,000) the battery died. Keep in mind that I have had the vehicle for less than 2 years. I told the service writer, Tim, that I should at least get a break on the battery since I've had it less than the 36,000 mile warranty and less than 2 yeas. It didn't seem to matter to him and nothing was done to ensure my satisfaction. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. More

Service ceenter I have used Harbor nisson service several times over the past few years. This time i found the service department not on top of their game. They seem I have used Harbor nisson service several times over the past few years. This time i found the service department not on top of their game. They seemed disorganized when i checked in. Called i about status of car. They asked me who was my service rep. I had no clue. Took too much time to find out status of car. Then told me that they would call when done. Call never came. I calledin at 4 pm . Car was done but no call. Too late for someone to take me back to the dealor. When i arrived the next day. They had to run around to find the paperwork on my car. Not sure what changed but the service department is not on the top of their game. . In past i was always impressed. More
