Picked up my 2007 Versa. Due to the recall of my 2007 Versa, I had to leave my car at the service center. I was "given" a 2017 Rogue Sport while my car was being fixed. I wa Due to the recall of my 2007 Versa, I had to leave my car at the service center. I was "given" a 2017 Rogue Sport while my car was being fixed. I was told it could take up to 6 months to a year. There was, of course, no charge for this leased vehicle. Several weeks later, I realized this vehicle was too big for me and returned it to the dealership where they gave me a smaller vehicle ... a 2017 Sentra ... which was much better for me. During this entire process I was treated with exemplary courtesy and understanding by the entire staff. I am 72 years old and disabled. Because of this, they brought the replacement vehicles right to the closest door, helped me outside, and transferred everything from my Versa to the Rogue, later from the Rogue to the Sentra, and finally from the Sentra to my Versa. They could not have been more helpful or courteous. It has been a pleasure dealing with Harbor Nissan from the day I bought my Versa in 2007 to today. I recommend them to everyone. I really do not remember the names of the employees who took care of me and my car, but they all deserve a 5 star rating. More

Speedy service. Friendly customer service personnel. I only needed an oil change. I have been to other dealers' service centers, and it seems to me they always try to find maintenance items that they ca I only needed an oil change. The service manager at Harbor Nissan did not try to "pad my bill." Consequently, I have some trust in the service people there and I will come back again. More
