We deal with Travis in the service department and he is always polite and a pleasure to do business with. We have purchased three vehicles from this dealer and to be honest it is because we appreciate the great service department. Please let Travis know that we continue to use that dealership because of his knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that you recognize this employee for his postiive impact on your dealership. More
Arrogant, snotty, lack of knowledge, negative Cameron is too "important" to return phone calls or even come out of his "empty" office to speak to me. Jeff just doesn't know what he's doing. He loo Cameron is too "important" to return phone calls or even come out of his "empty" office to speak to me. Jeff just doesn't know what he's doing. He looked up my service records and said no service showed. I handed him receipts and he told me I had to get all the warranty work done at this Nissan or my warranty is void. I can't wait to tell corporate that one! When I bought my 2011 Rouge, they new I was a snowbird. There was no problem getting work done in NY. I'm not traveling back and forth without getting my tires rotated, aligned and serviced in NY ALSO! He said he is required to put certain parameters in and if they don't come up, it means I didn't get the work done. I had 30 thousand service at 27,450, showed him receipts, and he gave me his nasty smirk he gave me for 2 days. He also escorted me to the cashier and stood there until we were done, and escorted me back through service exit! I went out to get my car and nowhere in sight! Not in usual place! I asked the 3 fellas where my car would be and a salesman told me to hit my key fob! By this time I had enough. It didn't work. I got irate. He took my key fob and the alarm went off. It was four rows away, mind you I'm also disabled with a symbol on the plate! What was that all about? Also my car was never courtesy washed, still bird droppings and bugs. I received the "free tires" worth 120 that replaced my 250 original tires, also in a different size! I had to pay 160 to put them on! Then they forgot to put the sensor back on the tires and the receipt said the work was done in good faith! I hope my trip north is ok with these. I was also told my tow package was not under warranty because Watertown NY Nissan sent me to Uhaul. Although I was reimbursed by Harbor Nissan, Jeff said my warranty wasn't good anymore. They wouldn't even look at it to see if I had it connected wrong! That's because nobody knew how to work on my tow package! What a way to get out of warranty! Cameron's response was he needed to charge me for the labor and to go back to Uhaul! Zac in service was very nice. The sales manager Tom Bishop was informed on my events. He didn't say yea or nea, but would let the owner know. My husband came along to purchase the Titan we've been looking to pull the boat, but after witnessing the service treatment he said we'll go elsewhere. Too bad for them. Cash deal. I heard a lot of bad things about Harbor Nissan lately, but was sceptable. Now I understand what they've been saying! I guess it was my turn. Shame on you Harbor Nissan! More
Attempted Ripoff While driving to Florida I hit a pothole in Pennsylvania which I suspected was the cause of a broken spring. After arriving, I took the car to Harbor While driving to Florida I hit a pothole in Pennsylvania which I suspected was the cause of a broken spring. After arriving, I took the car to Harbor Nissan and asked them to check out the front end because I thought a spring had broken. They put the car on the hoist and had 2 guys check things out as I watched through the service window. The service agent then told me I needed a whole new front end and quoted me $2300 in parts and labor to repair it. Changing a broken spring was not on the list. I told them it had to be xx because I had just had it all checked before leaving for Florida and they just started dissing my local Nissan dealer. I went to Tuffy in North Port and they confirmed that the spring was broken and that everything else on the list was xx. When I got back home to Ontario I had everything re-checked by my local Nissan dealer and they confirmed that there were no other problems other than the spring which they replaced. DO NOT GO TO HARBOR NISSAN FOR SERVICE! THEY'LL JUST RIP YOU OFF! More
We purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership approximately 1 month ago and have had issues from day 1. I have to say that the gentleman, Brian, who sold us the vehicle and the gentleman who han approximately 1 month ago and have had issues from day 1. I have to say that the gentleman, Brian, who sold us the vehicle and the gentleman who handled our financing were professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. The service department, on the other hand, is deplorable: absolutely unprofessional and hostile. On the day we dropped the vehicle off for service, Zac acutally told us we should "go to another dealership". Really? We just purchased a vehicle from your dealership but you don't want to fix it and tell us to go somewhere else???? They have had my vehicle for a week and not only have they not fixed the problem it was brought in for, they have actually created new issues. We have no idea, at this point, when our vehicle will be returned to us. We have experienced nothing but the poorest customer service from Zac and Robert each day that we have dealt with them. We called and left a message for the owner, which was never returned. The icing on the cake was today, 10/26/2013. Went in to pick up the vehicle since we were told yesterday that it "was all fixed and ready to be picked up" and there was a puddle of fuel leaking everywhere from under the car!!! Went to go complain to the service department and the service department manager, Robert, actually said, "Get the xxxx out of my service department!!!" We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and WE NEVER WILL AGAIN! Harbor Nissan has lost us as customers because of the treatment we encountered with their service department and lack of a return call from the dealership owner. I have been in customer service most of my life and have never, ever received such horrible service from any business. Any business that allows its employees to curse at their customers does not deserve to have return customers. We have already advised all friends, family and co-workers to shop at other local Nissan dealerships. More
My car engine needed to be replaced. After calling many different places for quotes and feeling like I was going to get ripped off, I called Harbor Nissan. Not only did I get the best quote from them for different places for quotes and feeling like I was going to get ripped off, I called Harbor Nissan. Not only did I get the best quote from them for engine replacement, they also made me feel like I was going to get taken care of. They found an engine that was within my budget I told them I had to stay in. They immediately set me up in a rental car, set up towing for my car, and kept me very well informed of every step they were going to take to install the engine. My car started perfectly when I picked it up and test drove it. The customer service level that Harbor provided was very professional and informative. As a woman customer, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I feel comfortable driving my car knowing that one of Harbor's master technicians and their team worked on installing my engine. I haven't had a problem with the engine since. I highly suggest giving Harbor a try! More
