wouldn't buy a car or have it serviced here I purchased my Nissan last year asst Sutherland because the sales person I met with asst Harbor was rude and unhelpful. I left there and went tio Ft M I purchased my Nissan last year asst Sutherland because the sales person I met with asst Harbor was rude and unhelpful. I left there and went tio Ft Myers and received wonderful service and purchased a car within an hour. I then decided to have my car serviced and maintained asst Harbor for convenience. That was a huge mistake. I had to purchase all new tires after only my vehicle for 14 months and only 30,000 miles. When the tech asst the tire shop asked me how often my tires were rotated, because tires should not have worn out so quickly, I called Harbor. I was informed, despite the fact that I had PAID for tire rotation in the service plan I purchased, Harbor Nissan does not rotate tires unless the customer REQUESTS it.......so the customer needs to tell the technician specifically how to maintain the vehicle ? I thought paying for maintenance was kind of like me requesting they maintain it. I called Sutherland and they were shocked that Harbor NEVER advised me to have them rotate my tires. I will be having my car serviced by then from now on, even though it's extremely inconvenient, and I would never recommend Harbor Nissan for any reason, even the receptionist has a strange attitude. I have called them and left a message for the manager who has not called back. I am also in contact with their corporate office. Technician Damages Wheel! my wife took our 2014 Pathfinder in for service. I had noticed a grease mark on the right front wheel and didn't give it much thought until the next d my wife took our 2014 Pathfinder in for service. I had noticed a grease mark on the right front wheel and didn't give it much thought until the next day I washed the car and discovered under the grease mark was a mark that I am assuming was left from a hammer the technician used to get the wheel loose. I get in touch with Cameron Byrd at Harbor Nissan and a told to email a picture of damage which I did immediately and still have not heard back fro him on this matter. That has been a month ago! I guess protocol for getting the car serviced these days is to take the service manager out by the tie and walk around the car before and after the so called mechanics work on it. More
Service Sucks! They could care less. I have a 2008 Nissan Versa and a extended warranty agreement. I dropped it off a month ago for an AC problem. They never told me they were going to keep it over night and no one in the service department even bothered to call me to give me update . I always had to call them. I was without transportation for over two days. When I finally did get my car they didn't fix it right and broke something under the hood. Today I finally was able to take it back in. My boyfriend dropped it off. He was off work and I work full time and go to school full time. The told him he would have it back to get me from work so I could make it to school. They didn't. And they didn't even have the shuttle that they promised. They called enterprise where they told us would take him back to our place. They didn't. My boyfriend had to RUN home in the pouring rain. Do you think they care? No. The managers seem like they care so little. It is a nightmare dealing with them. I have to bring it back Saturday for the actual repairs and I am dreading that. I'm calling corporate. To run a business you need to know customer service. More
Emergency service I had been having trouble with my battery holding a charge, so I took the truck in w/o an appointment. Defective oil filter on new car has now compromised engine They didnt even clean the oil off my hood and engine so now my brand new car has oil all over hood and engine which I am sure is going to cause me pro They didnt even clean the oil off my hood and engine so now my brand new car has oil all over hood and engine which I am sure is going to cause me problems with alternator, a/c and who knows what else!! After less than a months time, come to find out...all 4 tires are dry rotted (lots of tread, just all dry-rotted)! I went back to Sales to rectify this situation, and was only given the run around from one manager to another. Mind you, we had purchased 3 vehicles from this company is less than a 6 month period of time! It wasn't until I contacted Cameron, that things started to change! He stepped right in and handled things directly. If it wasn't for him and his willingness to help us handle this, I would still be going back and forth with the Sales Dept. over this! I am so grateful for his honesty and integrity. I will go out of my way to go to a different dealership when it comes to purchasing another vehicle, but I am now sold on the Service Dept. I would take any of our vehicles for any service that we need in the future! Thank you, Cameron! Your dedication is commended!
