Wow!! I've been buying cars for 40 years, and taking them to any number of dealers for service during that time. I have never had a better experience than I've been buying cars for 40 years, and taking them to any number of dealers for service during that time. I have never had a better experience than I had at Harbor. The entire crew, from service desk, to techs, to the billing/reception people were excellent. Travis, who wrote my service ticket, took care of everything for me in a superior fashion. Harbor Nissan has proved that not every dealer experience has to be a struggle. They're fantastic. More

Jon Silva is great, but the service techs are drive me nuts I was there 2 hours on 9/5 because techs couldn't find tire leak. (I had told them about the leak at check in, and asked for an oil change, but they d I was there 2 hours on 9/5 because techs couldn't find tire leak. (I had told them about the leak at check in, and asked for an oil change, but they didn't look for the leak until they were done with everything.) I got a tire change - Tires for Life - on 9/10. As I was driving home, the tire pressure light came on and stayed on. I went back the next morning. Tech explained that it was the life of the pressure sensors and the batteries, and they would need to be replaced. THEN he told me they moved the sensors, sent it to the back, and they got the light to go off. Stayed off for 10 miles. (He also asked if I had been there before - yes, twice!) It blinks at me every time I start up my truck. I'm not happy! More
Poor invoicing and service technician This time I was disappointed with the service dept. It was a 3 yr. anniversary for our Rogue. Had an appt. for auto trans. fluid change and reg. servi This time I was disappointed with the service dept. It was a 3 yr. anniversary for our Rogue. Had an appt. for auto trans. fluid change and reg. service. Took 2 1/2 hrs. When we got the invoice we had a $20.00 coupon from Harbor Nissan, The serv. attendant took it immediately and changed all of the paperwork. We were not happy with what he did to the invoice. Where did the $20.00 disappear to? Then went to leave and there was no service sticker on windshield and the service engine light was on. We have always been happy with the service dept. until now. Changing the figures on the invoice and losing the coupon value, was the big error of his ways. He let us see the total on the original before we gave him the coupon from the dealership. More

Frustrating Problem with the electronics. Technicians said at first they did not know what was wrong with the vehicle! When problem was discovered, I waited 4 h Problem with the electronics. Technicians said at first they did not know what was wrong with the vehicle! When problem was discovered, I waited 4 hours before my vehicle was ready. I think someone could have offered to give me a ride home, and call me when service was completed, rather than keeping me waiting in the showroom for 4 hours! I think in the future, I will be be going to my own mechanic. I went to Nissan, thinking they would know best about the vehicle, however, this was not the case. More
