It worked fine while we were on vacation but was not able to get back to his Email. Enjoyed our 4 week vacation in the comfort of the Rouge drove about 6400 miles and got around 32 mpg. Came in for oil change and tire rotation and Jon took care of that while we waited. It is nice that you have coffee and cookies in the waiting area to give the waiting time seem shorter. Thank you very much for being so thoughtful. More

Second, why did the knock sensor have to be replaced? From the information the Service Advisor gave me, it looks like it did exactly what it is made to do. It recognized a bad ignition coil. Third, the last time I was charged a diagnostic fee ($99.99) I was told it would not be on the bill if I chose to have Harbor Nissan make the repair. More
