After a test drive we want to buy this car and then got the "real" price, which climbed up to $ 30,000. Was it really a mistake? They haven`t changed the price and milage yet! I always thought your service was personal and caring (I am a single woman). I was disappointed to hear that oil changes are no longer a 'benefit' (free), and I was more disappointed to find that I could not count on having a delicious roll or cookie or piece of fruit with my early appointment. It's just not the same there now. Chris, my service man was efficient and friendly, and when I forgot to get wipers and had to come back, he handled it well and quickly. I wonder why I have the decal still on my car - I no longer feel "special' though. I will continue to come to you for service for the 2006 Suzuki - you have taken good care of me - I buy my tires from you - and you have the whole history of my car. More
Disappointed...yet again. I have had 3 service department interactions since purchasing my new vehicle from this dealer. While my buying experience went very well, unfortunatel I have had 3 service department interactions since purchasing my new vehicle from this dealer. While my buying experience went very well, unfortunately, I cannot say the same for their service department. For my first service visit I was told there was no charge for anything. I knew I was having a friend take my car so I called to verify this 2 hours prior to my appointment time and again while my friend was on her way (she was running about 10 minutes behind) because I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. Upon my friend picking my car up, she was informed there was a $20+tax charge for a tire rotation. While she was able to cover this, it was ridiculous given that I had spoken with the service department twice that day and was told there were NO charges. My second experience went fine. My third, this past Saturday, I was infuriated. This dealer has had a free oil change program with a purchase of a vehicle and letting them put a decal on your car for about 10 years. I was informed that they no longer were doing this "promotion" and had decided to charge for the oil changes now and provide a discount on future service to the vehicle. She informed me that it ended as of 6/30/17. Now, I would have not complained about this if I hadn't made the appointment 2 weeks after the promotion ended! I went back and forth with this lady as to why they didn't notify anyone and she said they were incapable of mailing or emailing anything to that number of people, it would take too long/cost too much. Never mind that they managed to send me 4 appointment reminders within a week and I get at lease 2-3 emails per week for advertisement from them. I am very disappointed in the way she handled the situation, had she just honored what was supposed to be and informed me that the changes took effect after the appointment I would not be sitting here writing this. The service department at this dealership are so shady and you get a different answer with each person you talk to, it's ridiculous. So, I have figured now that I don't get free oil changes for life anymore, I will just go somewhere else and won't have to deal with them again. Thank God for options! More

More
Oil change I was not happy, you changed your oil change policy with no prior notice. Seems to me there are many cars with harbor nissan .com stickers and now you I was not happy, you changed your oil change policy with no prior notice. Seems to me there are many cars with harbor nissan .com stickers and now you are not keeping your word. It's obvious it's cost the company money, so the policy has changed. If you wanted to change your policy, do it to your new customers. I was also told I needed a serpentine belt very soon, when I had my rotors & brakes done the mechanic said this was not the case. More bad points in my book. I won't be back. More

Horrible Experience Since changing the "free oil change for LIFE" policy, your customer service has gotten very poor. Your shop manager was rude and dismissive when asked Since changing the "free oil change for LIFE" policy, your customer service has gotten very poor. Your shop manager was rude and dismissive when asked about why the policy was changed, and your salesmen out in the parking lot were even ruder. The answer of "Well, it was a courtesy" when asking why the oil changes were now no longer free (despite multiple papers I had on my person stating again..Free oil changes FOR LIFE) was not only explained harshly, but I was basically told "Well you have to pay for it, or go somewhere else". Trust me, I will. I have bought 3 vehicles at Harbor in the past 9 years, and will NEVER buy another car from you again. More

I went online to schedule my appointment and even selected the free oil change. I show up for the appointment and guess what...it's not free but it's discounted to $18.95. I would've bought our cars somewhere else had I known. I guess buyer beware and your better off going somewhere else. Kind of shady to sell cars based on an incentive and then yank it because you want more money. People who bought their cars under the guarantee of having free oil changes should be honored that guarantee. Starts with ownership and trickles down, this was a terrible policy that was poorly executed, at best. Don't buy here. More
