No way to run a business I received a recall notice. Called in and made an appointment. When I got there, the service pull in bay was full. I was the first car outside. I went inside to give them the keys and tell them I was there. 3 guys at the desk were either on the phone or doing paperwork. No acknowledgement that I was even there. A woman was also waiting. After 5 minutes+, we both looked at each other and rolled our eyes. She finally said "Could I please just get my car so I can go to work?". Finally she got served. A little after that I was told to pull my Xterra inside and leave it. No communication on how I would be told it was done, etc. I decided to kill some time by pricing a new truck. Went for a very short test drive. Salesman was nice but not knowledgeable on trucks. Told me the difference in the Titan X and the XD is that the XD has a diesel. They are completely different from the frame up and you don't have to get a diesel in the XD. A lot of time wasted back and forth with the manager getting pricing. An hour and a half later I just asked to see if my Xterra was finished. They said it was. A person at the service desk told me the recall was cancelled a few days ago so my time was totally wasted. He got the keys and I had to search for my vehicle which was left behind the service area. When I got home, there was a phone call from someone in service wanting to know what service I wanted done. I tried returning their call 3 times and just got put on hold or cut off. I gave up. More

I would not buy another car from you as you cannot be trusted to keep your word. I will remove your free advertisement on my rear window which I was told I had to have to receive my free oil changes. This is a terrible way to o business to your dedicated customers!!!! More
having oil change in my vehicle all the staff i talked to was very nice, no problems until they were finished and then i was told i had to pay for oil change. I have the sticker on the back of vehicle when i bought it last year new and was told then free oil changes. I understand the reason for stopping that but as a customer which my family has bought their cars we should have been told about this before i got there. Communication needs improvement and what a turn over in staff. I only saw two persons that i knew who they were. Is the working conditions there that bad???Eddie was the gentleman who explained things to me about the oil change policy. I'm not sure if i will continue to be a customer there....Sad !!! More
