The extra mile! Approximately a week ago I made internet contact with the dealer to purchase a van that long story short was out of our range due to negative equity i Approximately a week ago I made internet contact with the dealer to purchase a van that long story short was out of our range due to negative equity in our trade. The first salesman we dealt with didn't seem to want to put in some work. Then enter Michael Moore. I can't say enough great things about this man, he went to work for 48 hrs crunching numbers, searching vehicles and made it happen. It wasn't easy by any means but when it was all said and done my wife drove away in he ran beautiful brand new Nissan Rogue that Michael hunted down with too safety features as he knew it was important for a family vehicle. He then took the time to go over every last bit of the car so my wife felt comfortable with everything as well as gave her a tour of he dealership should she need any other services or eventual scheduled maintenance. Again nothing short of a hard working xxxx of a guy who took care of a several time over good customer. We will be back again as we buy all of our vehicles here and we will be seeing Michael again. Fantastic group of people! We had a problem with our tires, one was down to 11 pounds, not good. We stopped in without an appointment, discussed our problem and they took over We had a problem with our tires, one was down to 11 pounds, not good. We stopped in without an appointment, discussed our problem and they took over with smiles. Told us to sit down with a cup of coffee and relax while they attended to our problem. We made an appointment to have the car serviced a couple of days later to make sure all was well with the remainder of the vehicle. All I can say is at any time we have needed service, your staff has been really wonderful. More
