We are sorry that you do not feel the additional benefits offered with our new VIP Plus program will save you money. We now offer discounts on all service work, have streamlined our process so your wait time for an oil change is significantly less, and give a voucher for a free premium car wash with each and every service visit. The change in the program was designed to give our customers unlimited savings unlike the oil changes. The previous program only allowed 4 free oil changes per year, which was only a maximum savings of $120. Now, you can save that in just one or two visits depending on what maintenance you perform on your truck. Our Owner Loyalty Manager would like to have the opportunity to go over all of the discounts you are entitled to. We are very sorry that you have not received the services that were promised to you when you purchased your Rogue. We would like to have the opportunity to look into the dent and VIN etching, but do not have enough information from this review to be able to get more information on our end. If you would please contact our Owner Loyalty Manager at 941-629-1171 ext 285, she would like to be able to visit with you and discover what happened. As for the oil change program, it has been modified to provide discounts on all service visits. With recent changes in the recommended maintenance for all car manufacturers, the free oil changes were not providing much of a benefit to our customers with maybe one oil change per year at a savings of only $30. Now you can save that much in just one visit with a discount on everything from oil changes to tire rotations to accessories. When you contact our OLM, she can provide you with more details of this wonderful discount program that is provided to you at absolutely no cost.

Hello, Dan. I apologize that our new discount program was not fully explained to you, therefor causing you concern. All car manufacturers have changed their recommended maintenance times meaning you may only need one oil change per year. That wasn't much of a benefit to our customers. Now you only pay $18.95 for an oil change and then get discounts on everything else, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars per year. Also, we have not done away with free car washes. In actuality we have increased that benefit. Now, every time you come in for any type of service work, you get a courtesy wash and vacuum absolutely free!
