Unhappy about new policy change I purchased a new truck at Harbor Nissan in 2016. Even though I got burned on my trade in, I still chose to purchase my truck at Harbor Nissan due to I purchased a new truck at Harbor Nissan in 2016. Even though I got burned on my trade in, I still chose to purchase my truck at Harbor Nissan due to Free oil changes and car washes for as long as I had my truck and had the Harbor Nissan sticker on the back. I was told this by my salesman, finance department and sales manager. I scheduled this appointment online and when I arrived I was informed that the oil changes were no longer free. Also, every time I have come to get an oil change I have requested a car wash, however there was always some excuse as to why I couldn't get my truck washed. The truck wash wasn't a big deal but the oil changes were/are. That is basically the reason I purchased my truck there, as I put a lot of miles on my vehicle for work. It may be legal to change a deal with someone like that, but it may not be a good business decision. This will be the last time I come to this dealership unless warranty repair is needed. I don't mind spending an additional $8 for an oil change closer to my house that I don't have to wait an hour and a half for. At least the staff is friendly. I actually feel bad for them having to enforce the new policy change. More

Nothing but promises 1. Purchased new Rogue Platinum January 2017 and was promised free oil changes. Wrong - had to pay. 2. Received new Rogue and had paid for VIN Etchin 1. Received new Rogue with small dent lower front right. Was promised that this would be fixed when returning to dealership to get the second key (fob), which they lost. 4. Turned in car for service in May 2017 hoping they would fix dent and add VIN etching. They forgot to schedule and there was no time. 5. Arranged service for September 26 and especially pointed out: Fix of dent and VIN etching but, when arriving, nobody knew anything about that. They asked me to come back in a week or 2 to get VIN etching done, 40 miles one way. According to service: Dent doesn't need to be fixed because it is below the minimum accepted when lease ends. Important to mention: The "appointment schedule" was confirmed via e-mail and the confirmation stated: "Service, oil change, tire rotation, dent repair and VIN etching". More
