Don’t trust this man I purchased a car at the beginning of the year. It was a used vehicle , I had a “ we owe you” for a vibration in my steering wheel . I took the car into the shop within the 30 days .... vehicle was sent home without correction . I took it back again with a few days.... no correction . I took it in for a third time and was directed to speak to the sales manger Jim Gardner . When I approached him about the situation , he dodged my phone calls and when I went into the dealership to discuss in person my concern... he said I am not doing anything and I am done with you .... this is the acting sales manger and he has no intention to provide good customer service ! Had to call 5 times before someone finally was able to get me an answer. Then I had to walk to far back of lot to pick up my car using panic button on fab to know where my car was. More

Shouldn't a dealership do whatever it can to keep a customer I purchased a demo that the owner of Harbor Nissan was driving at the time. It had over 4000 miles on it and I would think that as the only registered I purchased a demo that the owner of Harbor Nissan was driving at the time. It had over 4000 miles on it and I would think that as the only registered owner, I would get the full 36,000 mile warranty. At 37,000 miles (of which I drove 33,000) the battery died. Keep in mind that I have had the vehicle for less than 2 years. I told the service writer, Tim, that I should at least get a break on the battery since I've had it less than the 36,000 mile warranty and less than 2 yeas. It didn't seem to matter to him and nothing was done to ensure my satisfaction. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. More
