Hello, Mary. First I would like to address the oil change program. It was never a contract but rather a promotion that was offered through our service department for many years. We modified that program this summer so that we now offer discounts on all service work instead of just oil changes, so now our customers have the opportunity to save much more than the oil changes would allow. Second, I do want to contest your 1 star review of me because I was not in the office. The only time I am not in the office between 4 and 5 pm is on weekends or when my family needs me, which is what I am assuming happened here. My son had an appointment so I had to leave early. I am truly sorry that you feel me putting my family in front of my office hours is unacceptable. However, I also never received notification that you were wanting to speak to me after the fact so I could not reach out to you.

We are sorry you feel that the matter you are concerned with was never addressed. As you have not left your name, I can only assume your identity, and the situation you would be referring to. There were several courtesies that were performed on this car after the sale that were not included in the original deal, and according to our records, there were other things that were more pressing to you. The "we owe" was not for the steering wheel but rather painting the hood of your car. By the time the steering wheel issue was presented, it was more than a month after the sale. When purchasing a used vehicle, unless it is a certified pre owned or an additional warranty is purchased, the vehicle is listed as is no warranty, and paperwork is signed agreeing to that prior to the vehicle leaving the lot.

We are so sorry you feel that our service department didn't take care of you after making sure your brakes were replaced at absolutely no cost to you and squeezing you in when your schedule allowed since you lived out of town.
