Chad was already there and just stood by while we looked at our leisure. We took the Mazda for a test drive but weren't crazy about it. Chad kept in touch with us throughout the week until we went again the following Friday. Looked at a 2016 Rogue but the price was too high and Robert did all he could to get us a payment we were comfortable with. They stayed an hour after closing to try to work something out. We weren't comfortable with the payments but there was no pressure from either one to get us to but the Rogue. We went back Saturday morning after we decided a car would be better. Chad showed us a 2017 Altima with less than 5,000 miles at an excellent price. They works up the paperwork and we went back that afternoon and the payments were right where we were looking for and included an extended warranty, gap coverage, key coverage and tire and rim coverage. Gene was very thorough and we left with a great ca at a great price. This was the third car we bought through Harbor and would definitely go back again. Chad was a great salesman and representative of Harbor Nissan. We are very happy! More

While we were negotiating my daughter asked about the gift card several times and the salesman would look into it. Upon agreeing on a price they told us they were out of the cards( along with the other offers). When pressed about it they said it needed to be worked into the deal to be eligible. So in my thinking they add the cost of the gift to the purchase price of your vehicle. I feel I got a good deal and the sales department did d good job of finding a car and pricing, just feel like it was the same old car dealer bait and switch to get you into the dealer. More

So when we went to pick it up we asked him what color was the interior, he didn't even know that answer. Didn't tell us about the remote garage door opener in the Mirror. we figured that out later. We went home an we were looking it over an found a couple chips in the hood called Sam twice he never called us back so we called him a 3rd time an it was kinda like he could really give two xxxxs about it. Finally we called an talked to service an they were very helpful. Also we never got our deposit back until we met Christine outside of Harbor Nissan an she told us come in the next day an she gave us a check for the amount of our deposit. Thank you Christine More
