Very Good - I like the NV 1500 and 2500, Great work van...That is why I took another chance on buying a new van. Not so Good - Lack of knowledge or willingness to do the work from the service department. It cost me time and money on two occasions from unresolved issues. I almost purchased a ford Van because of that very reason. Everyone from sales to service has been very courteous, No complaints there! More

I have bought or leased five vehicles in my life, and Harbor Nissan did a faultless job in getting the perfect car in stock for me, without me asking. Sam Spears is a very nice and helpful and patient man, he was not there to sell me anything, but to just guide me through the sales process. There were no surprises with him, and the deal he gave me as his final deal only improved at the end, with a slightly lower payment. Frank Celozzi, the business manager was there to sell me an extended warranty, granted, but once that was dispensed with he strived to make the finances process clear, quick, and smooth. Overall a 5 star dealership with helpful, thoughtful people that treat you better than family. More

This experience was very good. Price negotiation went about as well as you could expect. I understand their objective and they understood mine. I did not feel any games were played. The optional protection plans were a little annoying but I know Gene had a job to do and he was very nice and did not pressure us but I rated him down a star because of overly long presentation on that specific area. Another area that needs improvement is to know WHERE vehicles are on the various lots. This is something for management to resolve. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted as I searched the website before going there but it took forever to verify that truck was there and track it down. I also had to return for a missing cup holder in the front console. That should have been quick and easy but was not. That should have been noticed when getting the car ready for pickup the following day. I do appreciate all involved getting us out by my schedule as I needed to get my wife to a doctor's appointment. Good effort by all involved to get things done quickly. More

Outstanding Service I didn’t have to wait and then got me right in. The writer was very informative and let me know exactly what they were doing.
