Great experience Have purchased the last 4 cars at sutherlin in fort Myers, was looking for a new car but their inventory was never very large, looked online at harbor Have purchased the last 4 cars at sutherlin in fort Myers, was looking for a new car but their inventory was never very large, looked online at harbor and saw tbey had a large assortment. Drove from Cape Coral and test drove 4 different cars, was very upside down on my car and they not only worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted, but went above and beyond to make me happy. The key was broken and they got me a new one within 2 days, also floor mats were missing and they ordered them without me even knowing. Hailey was a wonderful salesperson and Mike in finance was so pleasant to work with. They both stayed way past close to make sure I went home in my new car. My only complsiny is since it was the end of the day the people whobwere supppsed to detail it did a very poor job. My car has 3rd row seats and they didnt close them while cleaning, so the trunk looked like someone was at the beach. The job was extremely poor, I understand it was late but when you spend over 30,000 on a car you would hope it would be clean. Not a huge deal but something I wanted to point out. I can detail it myself. Also gas tank was almost on empty but Mike did offer to fill it up when I went back to get second key. I had already filled it so had to decline. Beautiful building and such a nice waiting room and free snacks and beverages, much nicer than Sutherlin. Will go there for oil changes from now on. Also Robert the assistant manager of accessories and the guy that calls the bank for approvals on the used side was great! More

Frustrated with inconsistent service Brought my Nissan in for a modified 30,000 mile service. Advised them to BALANCE the tires after rotating them. When I arrived home I notice that a small plate on the front drivers side was missing( was asked later it was a tow plate cover). The item was ordered and replaced. Next when I got on the freeway to go to work. I felt a vibration inthe seat and steering. Upon my return i brought my Nissan back. I had the cabin filter changed and the Vibration issue addressed. Within minutes of my leaving i noticed the vibration was still there. Brought my Nissan back right away. They again advided me they had fixed the issue. Noticed on my way to the airport the issue with the vibration was still there. I just recently brought my Nissan back and they FINALLY got it right. This not what i expected from Nissan. Also i only take my car to Nissan no one else. No happy with my service, however i really enjoy my car. More

Fantastic!!! Sentra Service and New Rogue Purchase Richard Bethea in the service department did a fantastic job. He helped get my 2013 Sentra Transmission replaced. He made certain it was paid for Richard Bethea in the service department did a fantastic job. He helped get my 2013 Sentra Transmission replaced. He made certain it was paid for by the aftermarket warranty company I had selected when I bought the car in Massachusetts. He made all the calls, negotiated with the warranty company, and he saved me lots of money. I got a new transmission for just my deductible.. ($150.00) While at the dealership I met salesman Richard Caracciola. I was thinking about adding an SUV to my driveway. Richard Caracciola. had tremendous knowledge of the vehicles, lease programs, purchase options, and took all the time I needed to make me feel comfortable with my decision. I drove off in a 2018 Nissan Rogue and could not be happier. My son now drives the 2013 Sentra with a new transmission and he loves it. I highly recommend Harbor Nissan, Richard Bethea, and Richard Caracciola More
