Confusion of car shopping I started searching originally for a used car with a limit I wanted to spend. The salesperson(Grady Wells) was very helpful and stuck to my budget. He showed me several vehicles in my range but they were not what I wanted. I made an appointment for the next day to look at a new Versa Note, which is what I really wanted. Grady had what I told him I wanted ready for me to look at. Of course like most people I wanted one just a little nicer. I ended up getting exactly the one I had been looking at online for a little more $. Grady was one of the nicest salespeople I had ever worked with, he was very charming and personable. I'm sure he is an asset to the Nissan family. More
Battery emergency Our battery quit as they do I Florida. The battery plainly says 24 month replacement so we went to Harbor Nissan where bought the car. They were very accommodating and got us in quickly. They confirmed the battery was bad replaced it. Unfortunately they would not honor the warranty on the battery because we did not buy it, it came with the car when we bought it from Harbor Nissan and they said the warranty was not transferable. Disappointed that this technicality cost me $160, I think Nissan should stand behind their parts. More
