No pressure buying! I just bought my 3rd Nissan from Harbor. My sales person Mike Moore was very knowledgeable on all my Murano has to offer. Zack was the manager and he I just bought my 3rd Nissan from Harbor. My sales person Mike Moore was very knowledgeable on all my Murano has to offer. Zack was the manager and he was awesome. He gave me good money for my trade and did not pressure me at all. I was moved into Finance with 30 minutes with Frank. He was very thorough and was not pushy. I ended up getting a new car right in my budget. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience at Harbor. This is why I make the trip from Cape Coral for such a great experience. More

Bought a Jeep and the radio /GPS did not work . They have horrible customer service.challenged that radio/GPS worked .Went to Jeep for diagnosis and month later on my own had radio/GPS replaced .The They have horrible customer service.challenged that radio/GPS worked .Went to Jeep for diagnosis and month later on my own had radio/GPS replaced .Then after all of this they said pay partial $440 then refused to pay only for a portion saying sale of a almost new jeep was as is . Totally frustrated with customer service and now engine warning light on and again arguing with Quality Plus warranty owned by Nissan over more repair claims that should be cover by contract .Cannot believe customer is rushed to sign documents yet warranty company says will review next month .What would happen if engine blew up . Very very frustrated .Next step ???? More

Fast service I dropped my drop off thinking I had a big problem with rear end. It was nothing but I did need an alignment. Got oil change. Also. Longer than preferred I have been in 3 times. each time the service department has had my car until 5pm. Doug has been great through out each process. However, Service tak I have been in 3 times. each time the service department has had my car until 5pm. Doug has been great through out each process. However, Service takes longer than preferred and anticipated. The first time my car was there from 11am to 5pm and this was just for a diagnosis. The other 2 visits were from 745am until approximately 5pm. The last visit, I mentioned that I had plans and could not leave the car there all day again; however, my car was there until the service department was closing. More
