Bad situation made good This is the second car purchased at Harbor Nissan. At 120,000 miles I needed a "check engine" repair that was going to cost me approx. $1200. I was le This is the second car purchased at Harbor Nissan. At 120,000 miles I needed a "check engine" repair that was going to cost me approx. $1200. I was leaving on vacation in a couple days and didn't have money for the repair. Doug in service suggested I talk to Lauren in the sales Dept. about getting another car. After several hours we came to an agreement on a 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited. Although the payment was higher than I wanted, the vehicle hit everything I could want in a vehicle. But it wasn't just the sales experience that was good. I had my dog with me because I hadn't planned on buying a car. She had a dog bowl and made sure my dog had water available. She also made sure my spare tire was inflated. And I had all the necessities to change a tire if needed. She made sure my license plates were not forgotten on the old car. She also got me the Carfax and service records she had available on the car. Clay, in finance, had all the paperwork printed out and highlighted the signature lines making this process go very quickly. He also recommended the GAP insurance which I purchased. The whole process was very smooth and comfortable. There was no pressure to buy, but the vehicle was too nice to pass. Thank you Harbor Nissan for making this stressful situation very pleasant!!!
