Very disappointed in Service Department Took three months for dealership to paint the roof of truck that paint was pealing. Body shop gave estimate of $1,350 and they were told by Nissan to Took three months for dealership to paint the roof of truck that paint was pealing. Service department is less than satisfactory My service writer is Richard Bethea who is excellent he is friendly, knowledgeable and a overall great guy. That is not my complaint, my car has been wired in may times and the problem has not been fixed over the last 4 times it has been there, it goes dead for no reason after the battery has been replaced no one can find the real problem. On routine oil changes I also found my tires wet not getting rotated as promised on my vehicle or my husbands new truck I purchased at harbor Nissan recently. I am truly disappointed in the service department at harbor Nissan with the exception of the service writer (Richard Bethea) I would not recommend it to anyone who needs a actual problem fixed More
