From Internet To Dealer Harbor Nissan was the second Nissan Dealership we went to. We got a good idea from TrueCar.com on what our new car would cost. We decided to upgrade our option packages so it was a little difficult to judge what the adjusted price was since we were unable to run the added options through True Car. The first dealer was much more difficult to deal with because of this. When we went to Harbor Nissan we were more prepared to perform a price comparison. Wayne Kass was great to us. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock, but he was able to find one in Florida and get it to Harbor Nissan in 6 days. The final price we paid was approximately $400.00 less than the quote we got the first Nissan dealership we had been to. Wayne Kass walked us thru the process with patients and understanding. Took the necessary time to explain all the features of the new car wth us. More
Advertisement on the back glass vinyl letters showing dealer This car was shipped to me in Alabama by transport truck from this dealership. When I received this car it has a bumper decal stating dealership name, etc., but larger letters across my back glass? This was not explained, disclosed or any mention at all. Also charged fees for ETA file and was told that this must be paid and my plates would be shipped to this dealer! Not at all true, state of Alabama does not allow anyone except the owner to register the automobile, and furthermore the amount calculated by this outside company was not accurate. All of this was not worth the price I paid for this car More

Sonja Worst handled the paper work quickly & efficiently. When I got back to Vero Beach I realized the brakes had a squeal when cold. The sales manager Clay Gladwell graciously allowed me to have my local mechanic make the repairs & Harbor Nissan paid the bill.
