My previous experience with other dealers have been intimidating, high pressured and at times condescending. But when I met with Robert Evans at Harbor Nissan he made me feel comfortable and reassured me that he would never pressure me into anything that wasn't right for me. He wanted to make sure I was making the right decision no matter how long it took and it took awhile. It was about a month before I finally bought the right car. Robert was patient and understood I need to go at my own pace. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! If you ever need a car and want exceptional customer service go see Robert Evans at Harbor Nissan.
