We called ahead and made our preferences about what we wanted as far as product known. They were honest, helpful and straightforward from the very beginning! Chris was even waiting at the door to welcome us and greet us upon arrival. The environment was inviting and their approach to guest services was refreshing. Chris was particularly knowledgable about his product. He listened, answered all questions directly and efficiently. He was kind and extremely professional. He is exceptional at what he does. We got the car we were looking for, at a price no other dealer would match anywhere. The finance department worked diligently to ensure I got the best rate and dealer incentives possible. It was so amazing! Thanks Aaron! After we purchased the car, we received follow up calls to see how everything was going. I will never buy a car anywhere else. However, I feel very strongly about my recent experience with Harbor Niss Rarely, have I taken the time to express my thoughts regarding a purchase. However, I feel very strongly about my recent experience with Harbor Nissan. My wife and I picked up our new 2015 Nissan on March 18, 2015. We had previously considered several other manufacturers including Toyota and Honda. However, we decided on Nissan for several reasons including their outstanding ratings and awards. We have previously owned only Toyota and Mercedes Benz. Our experience with Harbor Nissan has been outstanding. We directly dealt with several staff members from various departments who were knowledgeable, direct and helpful. In essence, we were highly impressed and pleased. Several notable employees were the following individuals: (1). Tom Bishop (2). Aaron Kennedy and (3). Christopher Bennett. I cannot express our level of gratitude to each of these individuals. They treated us with respect, honesty and professionalism. They made an otherwise difficult experience, easy and pleasant. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful in their respective positions and we are very appreciative. Unlike other dealerships we have dealt with; Harbor Nissan was very well organized, efficient and seemed to operate like a fine watch. The staff all cooperatively worked together which made our experience quite pleasurable. I must specifically commend Christopher Bennett. He’s young, highly intelligent and personable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the Nissan features and options including but not limited to the technology that helps makes Nissan stand out amongst its competitors. I must admit we are an older couple and did not fully understand all the features. Christopher was very patient and willingly spent as much time as we needed. He thoroughly understood , explained and demonstrated all features of the vehicle which we otherwise would not have known nor understood. Best new car dealership that I have ever seen. Chris Bennett (salesman) at Harbor Nissan was the easiest person I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. This very knowledgeable young man pro Chris Bennett (salesman) at Harbor Nissan was the easiest person I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. This very knowledgeable young man provided me with an unbeatable price on a new Nissan Frontier. After about 5 minutes worth of e-mails to Mr. Bennett he was able to let me know that the dealer could sell me the exact vehicle that I was looking for at a price that could beat any other dealer in Florida. He quoted me the complete price and was very straightforward during our initial discussion. This guy just wants to sell cars, he didn't try to sell me anything extra. I went to Harbor Nissan the next day. Lots of people there buying cars. The truck was parked out front and ready to go. I met the salesman (Chris) and he showed me the truck, answered my questions and we took it for a drive. The dealers lot was filled with a huge amount of cars, seemed to have every version of every Nissan model in stock there. Spent a few minutes in the office where they printed out the registration and I paid them for the truck. Very easy, no games, no gimmicks, no stress. I spent less than 35 minutes at the dealership.
