New Car Buy At first I thought I was going to have the typical ew car buying experience. Sales says one thing then sales manager steps in and says something else, At first I thought I was going to have the typical ew car buying experience. Sales says one thing then sales manager steps in and says something else, then Finance says something else. And that's the way it started. Contract was straight forward and I think I made a good deal, although salesman smelled of smoke (he kept sneaking off to grab a cigarette.) That was annoying. Salesman was also very poor at explaining the price. Didn't even show me an explanation of the pricing, just some numbers on a sheet of paper that had previous writing on it. He also told me about this survey and tried to direct me as to what to say to make him look good. Finance man (Clay) was very professional and explained the whole contract. After I got home, I re-read the contract and got confused. Thought I owed more than I agreed. E-mail finance and they didn't get back to me for 2 days, but it was worth it. They explained my misunderstanding and I'm happy again. More
