Great Salesperson, Not Great Everywhere else though I like the friendliness of the salesperson, Forrest, I dealt with, he was wonderful. Unfortunately the sales process took nearly 8 hours, in which man I like the friendliness of the salesperson, Forrest, I dealt with, he was wonderful. Unfortunately the sales process took nearly 8 hours, in which many of the hours I sat by myself alone. At certain points I just felt like getting up and leaving. I wanted to pay for the vehicle in full without having to go through a bank or monthly installments, but the finance guy talked me into doing the monthly payments but wouldn't tell me the interest rate though. Once I got hooked and baited, I got slapped with a 16% interest monthly rate I didn't want to pay to begin with. What kind of finance person convinces someone out of paying a vehicle in full and go with paying interest rates? Yes my credit score is low, but there are better ways than paying high interest rates via a car dealership. Even more suspicious, many of the documents I had to sign had errors or spelling mistakes (seriously?). Tired and hungry (after waiting for so long during the day), I just wanted to get out of there. Harbor Nissan is ok and Forest again was awesome to deal with, but when dealing with the others my car buying experience was miserable. More

Their finance team was able to get me qualified with a great interest rate considering I am building credit at the moment, and the deal I got on the vehicle was top notch. I can imagine that it's easy to sell such a great valued vehicle, but everyone I dealt with at the dealership made the experience even better. I never felt pressured or that skeevy sales tactics were being used on me. The fact that everyone was willing to stay late on a Saturday night and be patient while they explained everything to me from the financing to the vehicle features meant a lot. They have an Allstate agent on site to help with finding a good policy as well. I would definitely recommend Harbor Nissan and Matt to anyone that I know is looking for a car. More

Dealt with associate Tom Rusch, who was very patient and helpful throughout the buying process, presenting all the options and information, but never twisting my arm or being pushy to get the sale. He even helped me get set up with a new insurance policy thru the on-site Allstate office (thanks to Nick too!) and assisted me in returning my leased vehicle by another car maker back to that dealer. I appreciate the great service and feel good about buying my new rogue from the team at Harbor. More

Our Happy 4th of July car! Robert Evans was our salesman and was so helpful right from the get go. We were looking at a Nissan Rogue, but found it a bit over our budget. Robert recommended a Versa Note SV, which we would up buying it as the day progressed. All the staff was so customer friendly! Even cooked us hots and hamburgs on the grill. Richard showed us how all the bells and whistles work inside the car and Aaron explained the financials and insurance to us. All professionals and friendly, and knew the answers to all of our questions. This was not the first car dealer we visited lately, but hands down, Harbor Nissan was the best by far. They deserved the sale!! After a few days with our new vehicle, we couldn't be happier with the selection. Highly recommend Harbor Nissan to everyone! You won't regret a thing...
