He may be young, but don't let this fool you--Chris is very knowledgeable and made the car buying process smooth and painless. Tom Bishop, the sales manager, was also easy to talk to and the two of them worked to get us into a new SUV for the price we wanted. We were unable to reach a deal the first time we went to the dealership, but Chris didn't forget about us. It says to me that the owners and management of this dealership care about their customers. I didn't buy my last Nissan from Harbor. We heard from a couple of people that Harbor Nissan was good to deal with, so we made the hour drive and gave them a shot and ended up leasing a Murano. Although buying a car always entails hours to complete the full sale, it was relatively painless and everyone was very courteous and respectful of our time. The staff was pleasant and very sincere. Definitely a different experience from our last one! More
