Above and beyond. Had great service experience on a recap. But the real story is when I got back in my car, one of my credit cards was sitting in the cup holder. In this day and age of fraud , ID theft , etc. that almost unheard of. Yes, I'd already reported the card as lost over a week ago. But the service guy had no idea if done that. He could easily tried to use and I'd never have a clue. That's xxxx good HONEST service. Unfortunately I'm not sure if the names involved. Whoever it was deserves a bonus of some sort, just for his/her integrity. More

Although the entire process took a long time, because it was a complicated deal, we were trading in two cars for to different cars. Both men kept their cool and managed the entire process to conclusion right up to the finance lady, Sonja, who was also great. She very expertly prepared all the paperwork had me sign them and explained all the details.
