The first contact that I had with Mike through the entire process with Tom and Richard all the way to the closing of the deal with Mike was a VERY pleasant experience. The guys all made me and my wife feel respected and appreciated. They all came across as honest, trustworthy men who wanted to get us in a new Nissan at a fair price ... and they did exactly that. I HIGHLY recommend visiting Harbor Nissan for your car buying/leasing needs. This was my first experience with leasing and my first time looking at Nissan for my needs. I WAS a loyal Chevrolet customer for the past FORTY years but I have officially switched to a loyal HARBOR NISSAN customer from now on. Oh, and I LOVE my new JUKE ... it's AWESOME !!! Above and beyond. Had great service experience on a recap. But the real story is when I got back in my car, one of my credit cards was sitting in the cup holder. In this day and age of fraud , ID theft , etc. that almost unheard of. Yes, I'd already reported the card as lost over a week ago. But the service guy had no idea if done that. He could easily tried to use and I'd never have a clue. That's xxxx good HONEST service. Unfortunately I'm not sure if the names involved. Whoever it was deserves a bonus of some sort, just for his/her integrity. More

Good to exclent When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Mike Wolfe. He was very friendly and professional both in his demeanor and appearance. He led me into the office and introduced me to Nate Gray. Nate too was very friendly and professional. Although the entire process took a long time, because it was a complicated deal, we were trading in two cars for to different cars. Both men kept their cool and managed the entire process to conclusion right up to the finance lady, Sonja, who was also great. She very expertly prepared all the paperwork had me sign them and explained all the details. Right now I could not be happier with my experience with Harbor Nisson web based car sales and my experience at their office. More
