decidedly top notch my wife and I wanted a truck. we were looking for a good used one. so, one day I run into rich caracciolo and he says " used trucks, they want as mu my wife and I wanted a truck. we were looking for a good used one. so, one day I run into rich caracciolo and he says " used trucks, they want as much for em as I can sell you a new one for." so, I'm thinking really? and compared the pricing and what you get with a new vehicle vs a used one in reguard to the warranty and reliability and rich came through with what we wanted. I'm saying that he did a lot to get our truck the way we wanted and your service dept. got it ready for us right away. clean, serviced, and ready to go. More

Great service - Honest Service Technicians I bought my Nissan Sentra a little over three years ago and since I commuted to work I have gone through many oil changes, thus I have visited the ser I bought my Nissan Sentra a little over three years ago and since I commuted to work I have gone through many oil changes, thus I have visited the service department many times. The service team working there knew I was on a limited budget and I believe in my heart that they would tell me the services I truly needed. I appreciate the fact that they never pressured me to buy a lot of extra services that weren't necessary. It is hard to trust most mechanics, but I feel confident that I can trust the service team at Harbor Nissan. More
