Amazing in every way! We recently leased a car from Martin at Harbor Nissan. My husband and I were in need of car and fast. Every dealer we called was rude, uneducated on their products and it was like pulling teeth to try and get them to call us back or answer questions. We were nearly defeated and ready to give up until we called Martin. Martin was patient and knew his stuff. He helped get us the car we wanted and more importantly was an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire process. This amazing customer service didn’t stop with Martin – everyone at the dealership treated us with the same kindness and respect we were looking for and needed. They made the car buying experience enjoyable- something we had never experienced and definitely not what you expect when going through that process. We would highly recommend them all! More

They made a bone head error, was resolved professionally The car got it's first oil change and they put way too much oil in it. I drove it home and checked the oil and it was several inches above the full ma The car got it's first oil change and they put way too much oil in it. Not only did they fix the mistake promptly but they threw in a free car detail for the trouble which was nice because it desperately needed it! More
