Excellent as always I brought two of my vehicles in for routine service. I came in early, dropped off the first car, utilized the shuttle to get the second car and with t I brought two of my vehicles in for routine service. I came in early, dropped off the first car, utilized the shuttle to get the second car and with the great work of all the staff, I was done by 10:00 am. Travis was on top of things as usual, and insured there were no delays. Paul coordinated with Travis to shuttle me back and forth. I had an important obligation at noon and everyone's efforts allowed me to be on time with no issues. More

Fair and disappointed The last three times I took my car in for an oil change, I asked for them to wash the outside of the car as well.....they've never done it. The last time I was in on 8/22/15 I was the 3rd person in line when they opened and I waited more than 1 1/2 hour just for the oil change. And they only took the car in after I went up to service desk after waiting over an hour! Then they tried to sell me 4 tires when my current ones are just over a year old! What a scam the free oil change program is. Another issue I s they NEVER give a courtesy call when the oil changes are due like my previous dealer did. Must be because I'm in the oil change program! More
