Better Than Expected On 08/10/2015, I drove to Harbor Nissan's Used car lot and met Kristian Gonzalez. Kristian was very helpful and patient with me. I went there knowing On 08/10/2015, I drove to Harbor Nissan's Used car lot and met Kristian Gonzalez. Kristian was very helpful and patient with me. I went there knowing what I wanted but left driving something much better. Kristian walked with me and showed me different cars, never once pressured me into something I wasn't looking for. My intentions were to leave driving a Kia Optima, and we went on a test drive in one and a couple others. I was there for hours and Kristian stayed patient with me. Then I decided on the car I wanted and told him I was already approved for a loan through my bank and he was able to have me drive away in a Cadillac xxx with no money down. Was expecting a Kia and got something way HUGE!!! Thank you, Kristian, for your patience and for getting me into the car of my dreams. More

Sometimes it is Worth the Wait The bad: In late March, 2015, against my recommendation, the salesman I first worked with (who is no longer there) searched for my car in production i The bad: In late March, 2015, against my recommendation, the salesman I first worked with (who is no longer there) searched for my car in production instead of ordering it. This is after I told him I knew from experience that the car would not be found. The 2015 model year ended, and so, I had to wait for the 2016 model 370Z Roadster. The salesman kept telling me maybe May, maybe June, then it was maybe July, may be early August. I took delivery of the car late August. I did not need to be strung along. Every year the new models come out mid to late August. I also had an issue of him telling me there was a $1000 charge to install the cat back NISMO exhaust I ordered as an option. I checked around forums and with my mechanic, no one said a cost of anything over $300. I called him and he did correct this. But this was an obvious attempt to line his pockets. The Good: Matt Garland took over my account the last two weeks of this five month ordeal. Communication with him was instant and complete. We made sure everything would be right, since the dealership is 130 miles from my home. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in delivering my car, and getting all the paper work completed correctly. If you are a car guy, make sure you search out Matt. He is a nice person and a real automotive enthusiast. The 5 starts are specifically for Matt. This dealership qualifies to participate in the Costco Automotive Sales Discount program. No dealer in the south east of Florida qualified for Nissan. This is why we drove across the state. If you belong to Costco, ask for the Costco discount. The Dealership was very clean and well organized. The phones were always answered politely and transferred to whomever you asked to speak with. They had a good selection on the lot, and every one was very friendly. I did not inspect their service bay, because I live too far away to use them as my service center. But, I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
