Frustrating Problem with the electronics. Technicians said at first they did not know what was wrong with the vehicle! When problem was discovered, I waited 4 h Problem with the electronics. I think someone could have offered to give me a ride home, and call me when service was completed, rather than keeping me waiting in the showroom for 4 hours! I think in the future, I will be be going to my own mechanic. I went to Nissan, thinking they would know best about the vehicle, however, this was not the case. More

Eceptional attention I was treated perfectly from the beginning and even though it was for the sale, I did not feel like that. A Pleasure from start to finish It started on Friday afternoon. I called the dealership to get some information about a car I was interested in. I spoke with Shea and she took all the time I needed to answer my questions and talk over my concerns. On Saturday we made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived she already had the cars pulled up and running so that they were air-conditioned and comfortable. After the test drive, we agreed to an afternoon appointment with my wife. Once again, she was prompt and prepared. After we decided on a Nissan, Shea worked us a great deal and we left thrilled with our new car. Add in the free oil changes for life and Harbor Nissan made a customer for life! More

Great Experience! I came to Harbor Nissan all the way from Bradenton which is at least an hour drive. I would take the drive again if i had to.
